Job Title : Bakery Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery department, producing high quality products to his/her best knowledge, training the subordinates on food production and the Company standards. He/she is able to manage the bakery department efficient, well organized; customer focused and trains the young staff on a daily base. - Make sure that food is tasty, fresh, correct portioned and safe. - Be familiar with FDA related knowledge. - Make sure that all staff under supervision follows the personal grooming rules. Neat and short hair, clean hands and short cut fingernails, clean uniform, tied hair for ladies. With at least 6 years related working experience in international hotel or famous bakery shops as Bakery Chef Strong cost control management skills Strong communication skills and training skills Strong organization skills and leadership skills Fluent English
