About our client/我們的客戶:
Our client is European Multinational Retailer, it is one of the largest hypermarket chains in the world with business operation ****d in more than 35 countries.
For the succession or a better increase of the current Bakery business, we are urgently looking for Bakery Manager ****d in one of their best stores of Asia in Shanghai.
我們客戶是一家歐洲的零售巨頭，是世界兩大商超之一，遍布世界35個國家的門店及運營中心。為了擴展他們在中國的業務，他們希望能夠憑請一位卓越的Bakery Manager帶領他們位于上海的門店的烘焙部門。這家門店是客戶在亞洲最盈利的一家門店。

Job De****ion:
***61548; Research and Develop new products and fully focus in market sales status./根據市場的銷售需要研發新品
***61548; To adjusting in time all the new products textures and flavors in goals to achieve the maximum benefit./在有限時間內調控品質，味道以達到最佳效果。
***61548; Providing constructive improvement and reasonable suggestion for the existing bakery products./改良現有產品線的產品
***61548; Maintaining good relationship with relevant food ingredient suppliers./和供應商們建立與維持一個良好關系。
***61548; Elaborate, innovate new products for events and festival days./為節假日研發創新特別產品
***61548; Provide training course internally of the big company and teach or coach others Bakery Manager for the new products formula/提供內部培訓及提供員工們新品的配方等任務。

Qualification/要求:
***61548; At least over 3 years working experiences in Bakery/超過3年的面包/糕點烘焙工作經驗
***61548; Good English understanding and oral abilities/有良好英語能力會被優先考慮
***61548; Sensitive with numbers and analysis skills/有良好分析力
***61548; Strategy vision and thinking, team work spirit./有遠見，能有長遠目光，及有良好團隊精神。
